About Violet
Violet loves to dance, blow kisses, ride in cars, sit in her daddy's lap, and play peekaboo with her mommy, and read. Her favorite foods right now include buttery biscuits, wheat bread, tortillas, and muffins. Yes, she will use her sign language for more to get those delicious bread products. Her smile is priceless!
About Violet's Diagnosis
At the end of this past June, Violet was diagnosed with infant leukemia (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). She was only 10 months old. Her treatment began with her two surgeries to insert her port. Currently, she is receiving chemotherapy treatment at a local hospital. Her doctors have given her a promising prognosis.
About Violet's Family
Miss Violet is born into one of the most fun loving, silly, caring families. She is the youngest of three loving siblings. Her two older brothers love to make her laugh and share their toys with her. Her older sister is always the first to report when she needs something and is great at finding things to make her feel better. Her parents do a wonderful job juggling carpools, school events, commuting, and managing all of their four-legged creatures.
